The plane bar is super unique and fun. Food at the restaurant is reasonably priced and good.

Great place to eat between Quepos/Uvita and San Isidro. Nice pool for the kids to play in. Have you ever seen a restaurant with an airplane? Great photo op

Friendly staff, owner is great to talk to, very nice. The AC is awesome, sitting out on the wing was interesting. A must stop and see when your are in the area. Oh. free wifilol

Just re opened and worth a nice long visit. First off , the uniqueness of a retired airline airplane parked along the main road going to San Isidro ,Perez Zeledon from the Central Pacific highway (34) [Eastbound about 2 minutes in] makes your spirit soar to land into their spacious ,convenient ,secure parking lot. Alighting from your vehicle, you get giddy as you might going onto an amusement ride, however situated by the fuselage is the palm roofed restaurant .With open air,high ceiling, and tastefully decorated quality tables and seating. Service is prompt, courteous and attentive..The food is fresh,tasty and brought out in a timely manner. The bar and other functions are attended by Andes and Marcela as well as other respectful staff. Interestingly I'm noticing more eateries with nice ground level bathing pools that are a hit with the kiddies while the parents can relax watching their children, have delicious meals served to them in a warm congenial atmosphere. I believe the new owner is Swiss and when I return for the fifth time I'll try and speak with him and get the scoop if the plane itself is used as a creative venue or an extension of the restaurant. I'll try to find the photos of the restaurant back in 2012 and you'll see the improvements .

A wide variety of food from spaghetti to red snapper. Their fresh juice is amazing and the chicken parmesan was fantastic.

Charter combines excellent food, with great service! Definitely worth a visit! The menu is extensive and the portions are huge but in no way lacking quality! Looking forward to go back, then with a cocktail on the plane which is currently refurbished.

50% tourist, but the food was good enough and the service was good. Pool side seating. Plane was closed but still neat to look at the outside.

This place is amazing to bring the kids. I love the crashed plane that they have as a display in which you could walk into it. As well as there is a nice, clean pool for the family! But the food can need some working on. Over great place to come!

We went there just for the plane outside. We had casados con pojjo. It was okay. And price was fair. The waiter was excellent.

Don't know why others have had poor service. Granted we did get there for a late lunch. Waiter was friendly. We ordered smoothies, pineapple and fruit punch, which were very good and I thought reasonably priced 1100 & 1300 colones each. My wife had the chicken Caesar salad and I had the grilled chicken sandwich. Both were very filling and tasted great! All in all, this was a great stop after hiking Nauyaca Waterfall. We were tired and hungry, and this place hit the spot.

We didn't eat there but the beverages were outstanding. Try simple lemonade and you will be amazed. Restaurant is a bit pricey but it's clean and has very friendly staff.
