  For $30 US in high season we got a small bunk bed with water coming out from the bottom of the toilet making it smell slightly funky. Someone's looking into as I type this. We were just thankful we had a place to stay on christmas night with no notice.
  
  Update: Joyce sent someone to fix the toilet and everything is fine.
  
  On the up-side, the place has a nice garden, but the neighbours smoke.
  
  There was no doorbell, so I called them and a lady peeked her head around the wall at the end of the driveway.
  
  I'd recommend this place only after you've checked out the few that are on the same block. It's clean, but expensive for what you get.
  
  The location is north west of where it actually is on google map. Just look for the signage.
  
  It's very muggy in the city as a whole. Ask for as many fans you can get your hands on.
