  Beautiful balconies on the beach. You can walk right out to the sea. Excellent pool, friendly staff.

  Really enjoyed Breakwater Point! It was very quiet with fantastic ocean views. Grocery stores and restaurants are located within minutes.

  The location of the building is great. You are right on the beach and where the river reaches the ocean. The changing tides make for interesting views. The security guards are fantastic and the grounds are well maintained. The pool is very comfortable and inviting with easy access to the beach and a shower to wash off the sand. Many units are available to rent. I would have selected a different one for us as it was rather stark feeling and missing a view basics (#802), but would consider returning to a different unit.
