I lived in Germany for 12 years of my life and have always bought Mercedes cars for their excellent quality and SERVICE. After moving to Costa Rica I decided to go to where I knew best, Mercedes, expecting the same level of service The attention to the client was excellent up to the point where AutoStar had my money in their pockets. From there onwards the attention was disgraceful and for every little issue or question the response time was slow and the replies only excuses with no solutions. I felt as if I bought a second hand car in a no name garage, not a premium car with a Mercedes dealership. I believe that Mercedes remains a great brand and their product is remarkable, but that AutoStar does not comply with the high standards that come with such a name and will thus not be buying or reccomending anyone to buy Mercedes here in Costa Rica.
