Don't ever go to this place, don't waste your time and a your money going to a place where no one cares about service.
It is a great place and has very good staff, very kind people, the main drawbacks were food, drinks and minor structural improvements for example stained ceilings that looked like mildew, some cracks at certain elevated floors, we asked the front desk to fix our room safe because it had low battery and we couldn't use it, no one came up to fix it. First night we had dinner a la carte, my family of four had two very salty entrées and two pastas that were salty and very spicy to the point they could not eat them my main plate was warm, that same day earlier we ordered some snacks at the pool, most of them were delicious, but warm and simple, then we ordered buffalo wings but instead they brought us fried, oilily and unflavored chicken which we did not eat. Went to the bar at night after dinner, ordered a lemonade, blackberry milkshake and a mojito, lemonade was charged with lots of sugar, the shake tasted like water and milk no sugar, and the mojito was not flavoured at all. Reason why we decided to leave after one day when we booked for two days. On day two we escalated all this complains to the managers, they offered us to stay for free our second day but we refused since problems weren't solved inmediatly since day one, they ended up giving us the money back. It is a shame because the place itself is beautiful surrounded by beautiful nature, lots of birds, the Manta beach is beautiful too, not so far from the resort, but these inconvenient food and service issues made our experience a bittersweet holiday. A complete disappointment, not really what we expected. Not recommended.

Isn't a 4 stars hotel. The food is ok but they need more staff to attend the customers. big pool but not enough spaces where to stay close to. Staff is nice. Expensive in relation of kind of hotel.

Very nice people here. Right down the street (walking) is a beautiful beach. Great pool also. Convenient store right next door for food, drink and necessities

I would come back for sure, although the hotel has some minor drawbacks. Things to improve: desserts (mostly lacking of taste), Los Rosales restaurant food (lack of flavor, cold), checkin time (only two persons attending, slow process). They ask for a credit card on checkin in case something happens after checkout(broken or missing g stuff) which seems weird to me. The hotel is missing playgrounds for the little ones.
Good things: all the rest! Nice rooms, great service, very kind people, all inclusive food has variety and great salads, nice pool, good drinks on the pool bar, good snacks at the pool, coffee break is included and many activities at the pool and for kids. I would recommend if you are not too picky.

Overall this is a great place. Rooms are modern and clean. Food, service and ambience is very good. The staff are 35-40% fluent in English. All of them were very friendly and warm. The only complaint was that the phone in the room did not work. Complained several times but still no service. Thank God for the cell phone! For the smokers. Ask your server, there is a place close by. For the non-smokers, give us a break!

Bad services, bad security, car tires get nailed all the time by locals for robbery.

Tiny rooms, terrible hotel access, half a mile walk from the beach. Not worth the money they're asking. Playa Mantas nearby is ok, but Playa Blanca is much better. However, access to Playa Blanca is only available through Playa Mantas over a reef, at low tide (photo). The resort on Playa Blanca completely blocked the access road to the beach for their hotel guests only - a**holes.
