I went to look at a new truck to inspect it before purchase. They took the right of the consumer away from the consumer and made a decision about what products could be used on their new vehicle. They completely ruined every piece of rubber and plastic under the hood of the Truck I came to inspect to buy and had already paid for in advance and in full. It was not their truck at that time to make a decision to use a restoration product on factory new equipment. They sprayed heavy quantities of a Silicone & Formaldehyde 60/40 mic on everything in the engine compartment ruining every piece of rubber and plastic! Inspection FAIL! A product meant for restorative purposes on old junk already dry-rotted! Good God help me!

Do not do business with this people, they don't even have a clue what they are doing. I took a platina 2006 to them for repairs the car didn't start. They called me and told me that for me to start the car it will cost me $1000, just to start it. Then it will cost what ever they have to fix.
I told them that i need to ask for help to pay that bill, they were ok and before i said no, i went to their installations and i took the second key as they have the other one. I sat on the car and i manage to start the car with that key. it was a key problem, the key they had was not configured a fix of $150. which i didnt need cuz 1 key actually worked. So DO NOT COME TO THIS CRAPPY PLACE!!! THEY WILL ROB YOU!!!!!!!response / report this review -

El trato recibido por parte de el encargado fue muy bueno. Sus explicaciones fueron satisfactorias. Espero que el resultado del trabajo realizado sea también bueno y efectivo ya que esta es la tercera vez que llevo el carro por el mismo problema .

Excelente servicio, rapidez en los tramites el personal sumamente amable dispuestos a colaborar.
El lunar, piden hasta tres veces el mismo documento para solicitar el crédito, en ocasiones el documento digital no es válido teniendo que presentarse el original en papel, al dia de hoy el formato digital tiene la misma validez; por esto pienzo que se estan quedando atras en la era digital.
En términos generales, gracias muchachos hacen un maravilloso trabajo, estan colocando al grupo Danissa muy alto.response / report this review -

Buen servicio, es mejor no quedarse a esperar el carro pues atrasan un poco en la entrega. Mejor esperar a que lo llamen para ir a recoger el carro.
