Top notch. We just left another couple at our hotel stranded by a broken bargain brand rental hoping to get a replacement today or tomorrow. Huge error going with a bargain company. In Costa Rica you need the best company - Adobe. And a reliable 4x4. Even then you are probably going to need help. The roads are nuts. Our problem so far has been trivial - a stuck rear hatch. But Adobe drove out to our hotel up a sort of road fixed the trunk, spotted an expired tag and drove back the next day. We passed our rep on the road. He flagged us down and fixed the expired tags at the side of the road with a big friendly smile. Seriously never had such good service. Take note Enterprise and Avis these guys know how it's supposed to be done.

My husband and I highly recommend renting a car from Adobe car rental in La Fortuna. We made a reservation and select the type of rental car through the website. A representative from Adobe, Francisco, and the car were waiting for us when we arrived at the airport in La Fortuna. He explained the insurance coverage and all options available to us prior to processing the payment for our reservation. The return process was also easy. We returned the car at the Adobe office in La Fortuna, and Francisco gave us a ride back to the airport. This trip was our first visit to La Fortuna and Costa Rica. Please note that the car we rented was a stick shift car (manual transmission). We had an excellent experience renting a car through Adobe car rental.
