  We rented a car from them and due to our flights being rescheduled we had to extend our rental car for an additional half day. The customer service was hard to get a hold of and was extremely rude when we called to inform them. A couple days after we got home we noticed a large charge to my credit card and are still in the process of getting details from them on this unacceptable amount. Terrible experience and I would never rent a car from here again.

  Atención Atención! Este alquiler de coches, que no toma tan en serio al tipo de conversión. En lugar de la acordada 72 euros 219 euros durante tres días se registraron. El depósito de 1000 euros también fue retenido. El distribuidor tiene que devolver el vehículo criticado daños que ya estaban presentes con anterioridad. No se han firmado protocolos de transferencia. Sólo puedo aconsejar en contra de este alquiler de coches
  
  Achtung Achtung! Diese Autovermietung nimmt es nicht so ernst mit dem Umrechnungskurs. Statt der vereinbarten 72 EUR für drei Tage wurden 219 EUR verbucht. Ebenfalls wurde die Kaution von 1.000 EUR einbehalten. Der Händler hat nach Rückgabe des Fahrzeuges Schäden bemängelt die im Vorfeld schon vorhanden waren. Übergabeprotokolle wurden nicht unterschrieben. Ich kann von dieser Autovermietung nur abraten!
  
  Attention attention! This car rental does not take it so seriously with the conversion rate. Instead of the agreed 72 EUR for three days were booked 219 EUR. Also the deposit of 1.000 EUR was withheld. After the return of the vehicle, the dealer has complained about damages which were already present in advance. Transfer protocols were not signed. I can only recommend this car rental!

  They promise a lower rate but end up overcharging for their services. They are very cheeky about a gringos being rich and constantly joke about it. Beware!

  Horrible company!! SCAM!!! We reserved a car, turned in our credit card information, planned our trip and were called 2 hours before we were supposed to pick up the car for them to tell us that they don't have the car we were promised. They could not offer us a car at an equal price and instead wanted us to pay almost double the price for a different car. This may be a scam to get people in desperate situations where if they need the car and depend on them, then they need to spend more. Horrible company! I highly recommend Adobe instead which is near by, has a much more polite staff and far cheaper.
