We had breakfast. Every thing was organic, artisan and delicious. Decor is charming and eclectic. The hot chocolate that took forever to arrive was spectacular. They have bread and other organic items for sale. It is the only full breakfast place that we could find in the area within walking distance. Definitely, recommend but we aware that service is a little slow.

If you're looking for a great spot for good coffee or lunch in La Macarena, go here! Half the cafe is a shop, selling local goodies such as coffee and chocolate (and local produce on the weekends, too). You can choose to take some of their fresh pastries to go or stay for a healthy meal. More info on Bogota and Colombia on our blog, The Unconventional Route. Saludos!

Went there for breakfast, food was good, service great, and price fair-ish.

I'm not a big fan of the organic food movement as several studies show little difference in food contamination between organic and regular, so I sincerely don't care about the claims of something being organic and the increased price tag because of that. Well, here they claim food is organic (they even have a small market for organic food) and the price obeys the rules of organic meaning pricey, but actually is not too expensive, that's the reason to say it's fair-ish.

I had the Breakfast Benedict, which is eggs Benedict-like (bread was not English muffin and there was no bacon or ham), orange juice, and a hot drink; eggs were good, bread was not the best for that kind of dish but still good, and the hollandaise sauce was simply delicious, a good combination overall, and the OJ was absolutely natural, fresh, and delicious too

It has become a popular cafe in the city. There's variety and the coffee is fresh and really good. You can eat quick meals. The bread is delicious and if you are a vegetarian or vegan, you can get things there.

Everything was top notchincluding service which can be rare down here.
The photos dont do it justice either, the dining area is very nice with natural sunlight.
Lots of really nice cakes and baked goods to walk away with too and in a nice part of town too.
Looks very unassuming from the outside but is really done nicely inside from ears to arse ;)

The grocery section caters prime products, most of them organic. The restaurant side though has good food, has rather mediocre service.

Wow. Perfect for veg/vegan/whole food lovers. I had soup, salad and bought coffee to go. The first two were only 12,000. Y muy rico!

Breakfast oasis! This place is open in the mornings, unlike almost all other restos in La Macarena. I liked the fresh squeezed OJ, our friendly server, and the yummy pastries. Sky-lit seating area also bright and welcoming.
