Very nice experience, must try Hot chocolate with cheese!
Typical restaurant in Bogotá’s city center. Florida chocolate and tamales are the best dishes of the menu.
Came here because it was recommended by many tour guides and websites. We needed a mid morning snack so tried the sweet tostada with strawberries, which was good. We ordered their famous hot chocolates but were disappointed, these weren't very warm and didn't come with cheese. Maybe the waiter decided we were too gringo looking to try the cheese. Place was definitely popular and the food breakfasts being serve around us looked generous and hearty.
Few locations in Bogota have the gift of melting all levels of the society in a single place. Amazing pastries, and hot Chocolate. Seat and open your sense .
Came here hoping to try a proper chocolate santafereño. It turned out to be worse than they blatant gringo tourists places around candelaria. Oder was taken well but served wrongly. Chocolate was lukewarm, the breads were mini sizes and not indicated as such in the menu. It's obvious that this place has a reputation from a time past. The only good aspect of this place is that its a quite getaway from the busy Séptima and has fairly decent toilets.
Nice chocolate, relax atmosfere, people was super nice.
Great coffee, delicious pastries.
Perfect place to eat breakfast or dessert for low prices
