Nice beutifull pools. Has acces to the beach
Great location a Beach amenities. Rooms are just OK
Rock hard bed, poor service. It's a great location, beautiful resort but the older side is not worth the $$$. Outward it's a 4-star resort, but then they cheap out with institucional beds, making the guest pay for the 5 minute airport transportation. The best part is the beach, which actually isn't part of the hotel. I will find another hotel next time
Nice place over all . For the price I'd like to have a softer bed .. hard as rock also needs some housekeeping in the rooms like deep cleaning no just fix up the beds. Dusty rooms and dirty bathroom..
Awesome place, great pools, nice beach. Rooms are confortable.
I was in a Spin-off symposium of the University of Magdalena and the service is just too good. Good ambiance and good views.
Super
Very nice hotel and staff very professional
Great hotel. Very elegant and exclusive
A great place to relax--great beach, great swimming pool, lot's of nearby restaurants.
Food and beverage choices are limited compared to other resorts of this size and quality. WiFi throughout the common areas is so bad that I had to use the hotspot on my phone. Complete lack of internet connectivity in the rooms despite a WiFi connection. This is a show-stopper for me. Seriously?
Good resort but to crowded
I've been to Zuana Beach resort on several occasions, every time I've used Interval International getaways for my stay. The accomodations are very nice (on both hotel towers, though Tower 2 is a bit more modern and the kitchen is much larger.
The pools are very nice and the staff is usually friendly.
The food however leaves a lot to be desired. the sunday BBQ left me with very dry overdone beef, the chorizos were tasteless and the chicken rubbery. The "Sushi" on the 16th floor restaurant was pitiful, the rice was overcookes and the rolls packed way too tightly.
Go for the beaches, there's a small shopping center nearby with very good food at very reasonable prices.
