We booked a room last weekend through booking. We checked in with my husband and my two kids at 8.30pm, 25 minutes later we went out to get something to eat, unfortunately my 5 years old daughter felt out running by the sidewalk on the way back to the hotel and broke her nose, she was bleeding heavily and we were really concern about the situation. We rush to the hospital but they don't have a X-rays machine available in Salento, so we have to leave to Armenia in order to get proper treatment for my daughter. When my husband went back to hotel they charged us half of the rate in order to take out our stuff, even when the staff was aware of the emergency situation. My husband was able to cancel for free the booked room later through booking and called the manager to confirm the cancellation and ask for a refund. A guy named Lars answered the phone, when my husband try to explain the situation the guy with disdain told my husband that they will not refund the money because he had to pay somebody to clean a room that was never used.

traumhaftes hotel mit traumhaften zimmern, guten betten und viel liebe fürs detail - besonders auch im garten. die lage ist super, da ruhig, aber zu fuss 5 minuten vom hauptplatz entfernt. das frühstück war gut und vor allem in wunderschöner atmosphäre serviert. das personal war sehr freundlich.

Excelente hotel. Quedamos más que satisfechos durante nuestra estadía. El hotel es muy aseado. Las habitaciones son amplias y luminosas. El personal muy atento y amable. El desayuno es muy rico (salvo las arepas que son muy insípidas). Si lo están considerando como opción para hospedarse, no duden un segundo, Terrazas de Salento es el mejor hotel de Salento (y ya hemos probado otros buenos). Felicidades Lars!

Kleines und sauberes Hotel, leckeres Frühstück bestehen aus Obst, Ei je nach Wunsch mit Käse, Schinken, Tomaten, Maisbrot, Baguette, Marmelade und Käse.

Impresionante la experiencia en Terrazas de Salento. Las habitaciones son increibles y las vistas que tienes desde la habitacion es inigualable. Recomendable 100%

Remarquable à Salento pr le rapport qualité prix (superbes vues, chambres, petit dej, et très propre). Mais service de certaines personnes du staff qui laisse à désirer.

El hotel es muy bonito y muy agradable . Nos encanto en desayuno y la atencion del personal y el dueño del hotel. Las habitaciones son bonitas, limpias y el banño nos gusto mucho . El unico inconveniente es que se puede oir bastante ruido de los otros huespedes desde las habitaciones.
