Amazing view over the valley and very friendly staff. Furniture and bathroom in some of the rooms a bit dated but okay. They main disappointment was the airport transfer that cost more than twice as much as a normal taxi ride / as much as staying another night. Also they asked for a 12% surcharge if we would want to pay the transfer via credit card.

We had a room with view on the mountains. Big room, nice shower, and good breakfast. For us one of the most romantic rooms but be aware that not al the rooms are the same. Some are very small and not so atractive.

What a serene and a beautiful place to stay! Mountain View for a great value. The staff where super friendly and helpful. We had a memorable stay in Salento and this hotel is definitely part of it.

Great views and very good service. A couple of the rooms are right on the edge of the valley with spectacular views. The 1st floor "view room" with a jacuzzi tub for 2 and private balcony is the best room in the house. The front desk can help arrange tours and are very efficient. Breakfast is included.

View is OK. Location in town is good. Internet is average. Breakfast is poor to average. I did not use the TV.

However, the worst wasNo water for 1.5 days. Their generator for pump not working (told us on second day). After many times saying it will be back soonit never came. No attempts to solve problem. Management never seen.

MI PRIMERA VEZ EN SALENTO.. El hotel fue un Buena experiencia de mi vida. La abitaciones perfectas, el parieso se se mira desde mi cuarto era spectacular. Pero lo que mas megusto fue, como tartan al cliente, super super bien. La duena era muy hamable igual que la senora encargada de huespedes. una senora Tan amable. This hotel and its patrons are indeed the best in caring for their guest. from washing my clothes everyday, (because airline left my baggage in Miami for 4 days). they are very attentive to the guest. great place to spend your time relaxing and walking distance to downtown.. BEAUTIFUL PLACE ILL BE BACK AGAIN.
