I was worried to eat here because of the very mixed reviews, but the food was really good. The salmon in mustard sauce was great. Not overpowered by the sauce as some of the other reviews suggested. The decor was pleasant. We were a big group and the service was slow and the waitress was confused and missordered a few things. If you're just a few people, this is a great place to eat, but not for a group.

As mentioned in other posts, the food is average at best. The seafood is drowned in oil, sauce, or oily sauce. The best part of our meal was the red sangria, it had a good balance of sweet and citrus. Service was friendly and prompt, atmosphere was also good. The restaurant would be quite nice if they offered lighter dishes with brighter flavors (or stopped slathering everything in olive oil).

Don't order the San Martin Pescado. It was too salty, does not come with many vegetables and I didn't like the sauce. Go for the salmon instead. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and very good service.

Food was good enough, that is what the 3 stars are for. Definitely no stand outs but good. Service was strange. Halfway through our 2 hours at the restaurant we started to wonder if everyone that worked there hated each other and hated going to work as a result. It was like the entire staff were given some bad news just before opening. The food almost made up for it, but there are better meals to be had in Cartagena. We won’t be back.

We came here on Christmas day since many of the other restaurants we wanted to go to were already booked. The ambiance was very eclectic and I wish I took more photos of the decor but I was too preoccupied with the food. The shrimp "shooters" were a great start and the main dishes also did not disappoint. We all indulged in a variety of seafood and finished off dinner with a chocolate cake. Add this to your list of places to indulge in!

Excellent experience! Food and drinks were perfect and deserts as well. I do recommend shrimp for dinner and a local drink called 'sangria' made of red wine and fruits. That was a perfect combination! The service was the best I've tried in Cartagena!

Came here based on generally positive recommendations. In the end, rather disappointed. Overall food was just ok, service so so at best. If the restaurant was good before, I suspect that it needs work to get back there.

Re specific dishes. Had the avocado with tomatoes and pulled beef on plantain dishes as appetizers. The beef dish was rather dry. For mains, had "The Pilgrim" and "Holy Trinity", both fish dishes. The former fish fillet was a little over cooked.

(I believe as indicated on some reviews that there is a meal and drinks special where for a fixed fee, you have a 3 course meal with unlimited drinks for 2 hours. Did not try but saw it on the special board.)

Overall not impressed and did not live up to the hype.

I really really liked this place. Food was delicious. I had the Credo and it was simply fantastic. I had the coffee flan for dessert and I've been craving it since then. Also good cocktails and a very nice focaccia bread with cheese sauce to get you started.

I had a very good experience at this restaurant. The food was tasty and the service very good. The music howeverhad nothing to do with the food served: it was very sophisticated but it didn't convey anything or add to the experience

The food was great. Many options for seafood lovers and a smaller amount of lovely choices for meat eaters. The service, sadly, was not as good. I'm all for taking your time with your food, but the time in between our waitress' visits grew further and further apart with each half hour. Eventually we were afraid our waitress would never return. She did eventually come back with a check that had gratuity included. We opted not to supplement that tip.

Very hot, the food is not 100% specified on the menu. The food is no that good, and is very expensive.
    I really do not recommend.

Terrible! Had a reservation for 830 pm and had to wait for an hour to be seated! Very rude hostess. Terrible service.

This place has a non air-conditioned waiting area which always has people looking unhappy with the heat and humidity and dying to go in. Knowing this I decided to make a reservation but when I got there I. still had to wait but not for long. Definitely worth the wait. Our dinner order, the crepe veggie appetizer, chicken liver in a berry sauce, delish, and the chicken in tamarind sauce and veggies also very good. Washed it down with the large sangria. Their wine list was the most expensive, in our limited experience in Cartagena. Liked the service.
