  We came here for the view and the food but unfortunately, the only good thing was the view. Horrible service; waiter forgot our order, continue to bring the wrong items and ignored our table. After one hour of waiting for the food it finally arrived, 16 years of not consuming Colombian food, and it was catastrophic! The ajiaco Santafereño, was cold, with no chicken, no potatoes (FYI: ajiaco is a mixed potatoe soup). The sobrebarriga was also cold, and was it was pretty much a meat with little sauce on top. We had to go to the kitchen and ask for cream, capers and chicken for the ajiaco. The owner tried to help fix the situation but didn't do much as she charged us more on the bill. Other customers were complaining and were not happy. Don't come to this place. Over priced and horrible service.

  Desde que llegamos El servicio estuvo terrible, el mesero pone las cartas en la mesa sin siquiera saludar. Nos sirvieron la comida 50 minutos después de ordenar. Pedimos 2 ajiacos, una taza de mondongo y una sobrebarriga en salsa. El ajiaco venía sin pollo, nos tocó pedir el pollo aparte, igual la crema de leche y las alcaparras. Todas las sopan venían reposadas, tocó enviarlas a calentar nuevamente. La sobrebarriga venía seca y le pusieron un guiso encima, no es hecha en salsa. El mesero nos colocó en la mesa 4 bebidas diferentes antes de llevar lo que realmente habíamos pedido. Pedimos una arepa de choclo que llegó casi al final, quemada y un queso encima sin derretir. Al pedir la cuenta nos trajeron una cuenta mal elaborada que no coincidía con el pedido. Realmente fue una pésima experiencia. No lo recomiendo. Es un espacio muy agradable pero el servicio y la comida hacen el lugar malo.
