Nice hotel, friendly staff, great decoration. Room is somewhat small when compared to other 5 stars hotels in Colombia, specially The bathroom. Bed is confortable, as well as linens. Good breakfast.

Excellent hotel with excellent amenities. Make sure you check out the 10th floor hot tubs for an amazing view. The only drawback is that Bar service on the 10th floor can be bit slow at times. Good location given that the wallet city is only a 5 to 10 minutes ($4) cab or uber ride. The beach in front of the hotel is not the best but it's good enough for a quick dip or a morning jog (very safe throughout the beach strip).

Very nice option in Cartagena!!!
Almost five stars!!
I didn’t give five simply because there were a couple of mistakes with the room cleaning service but everybody were nice, pool, jacuzzi and other areas always clean and good food.
Spa had a couple of mistakes with the cleanliness of the showers but it was good also. 4.5 ⭐️response / report this review -

Quite a beautiful hotel with well-designed/decorated rooms and excellent proximity to the beach. The breakfast bar has some pretty good local options that I both tried and enjoyed.

First I will say that the Concierge (Marian) was superb, the restaurant is excellent (great breakfast) as well as the people that work there. Now, the hotel management is terrible. When checking in they could not handle my AMEX Platinum card with their 1990 technology but they said a account was opened in my name. When I ordered drinks at the cold "hot" tubs after 15 minutes of waiting I was told my card was denied because the card name did not match my name. 100% not true which they later admitted and opened the account. Our room had a disgusting odor. It did get better with time and AC. Upon returning to our room the 2nd day we found little bugs EVERYWHERE in our room. Buffet, night stands, bed, floor, etc. When they sent a guy to check he went over to the nightstand, picked up the 2 little unopened things that housecleaning leaves on the bed and told us that the buds were because we put those on the nightstand. After a lot of discussion we got another "same quality" room. Not even a worse (view) room they wanted to give us. Next was the biggest problem of all. We came back the next day to find our room door open (nothing wrong with the door). We told the front desk. We were assured this was a 1 time mistake that never happens and would never happen again. Guess what? Upon returning the next day it was open again. I spoke with the manager and he said he would investigate and get back with me. He never took the time to get back with me. The manager is a failure at his responsibility of ensuring the guest experience is positive. And, he is a failure at compensating guests (I never asked for any) when the hotel does not live up to the Radisson brand standard. The manager should be replaced with a more competent and capable professional that can perform the job.

A bit on the expensive side, but very good quality hotel. The beds are very comfortable. The view from the jacuzzi at the top is beautiful! The beach is very nice too, but there's too many people trying to sell you things which spoils the experience (not necessarily the hotel's fault, but worth mentioning).

Great access to the beach, close to the airport and old city. The desk staff and doormen are all quite helpful as they were able to make restaurant resos and hail cabs on my behalf.
Rooms are clean and filled with light and cleaning ladies came sometimes even twice a day to check on the room.
Breakfast had a wonderful selection however was not pleased at all with the slow and poor service provided for lunch and dinner. Upon ordering drinks we would have to wait 15 mins to get ours and then another 45mins to get are actual meals which would be a personal pizza and chicken fingers. Try to eat outside of the restaurant as you will by far get a much better meal and sevice for a lesser/equal price.response / report this review -

The staff is not creative. I was asking for a simple Sagria drink, and they refused to do it because it was not in the bar's menu.However, they had all the ingredients so they offered me to make it if I agree to pay for each ingredient separated. WHAT EXPENSIVE DRINK!!!

My Jr suite is two hotel rooms joined by a common hallway. Balcony has a table but no chairs. Ocean view became a bay view with the road immediately outside. Restaurant is pool run. Obvious they are trying to save money. Omelet was razor this' not enough eggs. Too many other complaints. I can't wait to leave. STAY AWAY FROM HERE
