Terrible! Asked for a balayage, he said he knew how to do it. Ended up with terrible chunks of bleached hair and thick ugly skunk stripes. Balayage is supposed to be vertically applied and look naturally sun kissed!! Unless you want 80's hair, DO NOT GO!!!
