Fantastic barbershop that would thrive in Europe (I am from the UK)! I went for a beard trim - unlike other barbershops I’ve encountered in South America, they actually ASKED for the specifics of my trim. Shape, length, natural/marcado etc.
The barbers are all young and have a lot of groove about them, which adds to the experience!
Another little institution which proves the best things in Medellin are far away from Poblado!response / report this review -

Excelente barbería, ubicada en el barrio Laureles. Recomiendo reserva la cita por la aplicación. En ocasiones se restrasa la agenda, por lo que nos ha tocado esperar entre 30 y 45 minutos. De ahí que no la califique con 5 estrellas.

I had a great experience here. I wasn't used to colombian terminology on haircuts and they knew right away when I explained in English, they treat you really well they joke around a lot and even offer you a drink. Haircut came out just like I wanted, I'm even mad I don't have them back in the US. Oh, and it's relatively cheap too

Es una típica barbería . Cortes de cabello novedosos, arreglo de barba a la antigua con Barbera, toalla caliente. Gente joven con ideas innovadoras

I walked in place looked very clean, sanitary and nice just like in the reviews. Also staff was friendly, but when I asked if anyone could cut a blow out or philly fade I was told yes from the lady at the front desk. I was introduced to a barber named Jovan and was told he could cut a blowout also. The woman than guaranteed me that all the barbers are professionals and satisfaction was gauranteed. In the process of my haircut turns out Jovan has only been cutting hair for 2 years, which is rare for a barber to gain enough experience to do that type of haircut. And than turned out he's never cut that type of haircut before. He had to be told steps and shown pictures by myself and other barbers. In conclusion I asked him to stop because I wanted to leave since the way my hair was coming out. I have patches in my head now and needless to say I have to go to another barber shop to fix my hair. I don't understand how staff can inform you of a particular haircut that could be performed by an inexperienced barber, also guarantee the service, and than charge you for the haircut which wasn't up to standards. Word of advice don't always believe reviews and what people tell you. Watch and see who can cut because that was a horrible first experience along with false guarantee with having to pay after!!!!
