Staff are all amazing and very friendly! Breakfast has been delicious and it's close to everything in the city, great ocean views and quiet at night. Overall we've had a great stay. Only reason for 4 stars is the mattress was a bit uncomfortable.

I had an absolutely amazing stay. The staff were amazing and provided a unique experience. the jacuzzi on the roof was an incredible place to unwind. we enjoyed an amazing breakfast on the roof too. the room was outstanding, with a great fitout and design. i will definately be coming back next time im in cartagena.

Muy mala predispocion y atencion hacia un hecho delictivo que nos robaron de la caja fuerte, nadie se responsibilizo por el robo de 50 mil pesos muy mal la verdad nunca mas este hotel lo pero que podria haber pasado que roben la plata d la caja fuerte y mala la atencion de la policia tengan cuidado!

Cuidado con su efectivo $$!
El 15 de agosto 2017, mi esposo y yo nos hospedamos en el NH Collection Cartagena La Merced (en nuestra luna de miel). Durante nuestra estadia, guardamos $2,000 usd. en la caja fuerte de la habitacion. Al retirarnos del hotel para regresar a nuestra casa, notamos que nuestro dinero ya no estaba en la caja. Presuntamente las unicas personas con acceso a nuestra caja fuerte son los de recepcion con una llave universal segun nos comentaron los del Hotel. Presuntamente tuvo que haber sido alguien del personal pues como más desapareció nuestra plata? NO se queden en ese Hotel hasta la fecha no nos quisieron resolver.

THEFT ALERT! In the middle of our honeymoon our room safe was broken into and $2,000 usd. Where stolen from it! The only people who have the master key where the inkeepers. The hotel later took no responsibility for their staff's crime! Do not trust these people!

Alerta de robo! a media luna de miel nuestra caja fuerte del cuarto fue abierta y se robaron $2,000 usd. Los unicos que tenian este tipo de acceso son los propios empleados del NH Collection con su llave maestra. El hotel no quiso hacerse responsable por el crimen de su propio personal. No confie en estas personas!

First of all Id like to say that the 3 star statement made by google is false and this is Definitely at the least a 4.5 star hotel. The hotel was located perfectly with spectacular views of the Ocean. The staff were helpful and nice and Its almost like living in your own house with only 7 rooms in the Hotel. We stayed in Don Antonio which was a great room although I strongly dis advise Don Victor because of the lack of Sunlight.
