  Second time at this hotel and I love it. The rooms are spacious modern and comfortable. Food is great and the people are courteous, respectful and helpful. A definite must stay.

  The food we amazing always they have some shortcomings like no A.C my refrigerator in my bedroom wasn't working at all so no cold beverages. The staff from the restaurant is the best! THEY are super nice.

  Room service needs to improve but they are friendly. Front desk no complaints. Restaurant: breakfast taste great but can do with a change up now and then. Service is excellent. Rooms are very cozy.

  I had a 12 hour layover in Bogotá and came to this hotel. It is absolutely lovely, with a touch of fancy! The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious as well. The only things I didn't like are that the eggs in the morning are way too "watery"/undercooked, and the hair dryer in my room didn't work (I needed it). Other than that, my experience here was great and will stay with this company when I have the chance to.

  Been there for a one-nighter due to a cancelled flight. Rooms were nice, dinner ok, breakfast was awesome. Staff also very welcoming. Thumbs up.

  Would've been completely fantastic if I didn't get money stolen out of my personal belongings. Which I normally kept locked at all times. The hotel is great in quality and experience. Except someone kept going through all of my personal belongings until they eventually found something. Word of advice, upon arrival immediately ask for all of the security measures you can take with your belongings (they don't really advertise it) and ask them to show you where the safe is in your room. And do not expect that someone will not go through all of your stuff anyway.

  The hotel is good, but the big turn off breakfast, it's included but honestly is like a Super 8 Motel or Best Western motel breakfast, nothing to do with the class and style of the hotel. Besides the attention at the restaurant for breakfast is horrible, the lady (I guess the supervisor) doesn't like her job, miserable and lack customer service skills. I never seen someone like her working in a hotel.

  Friendly hotel and good food in restaurant. There is a lounge on 11th floor you have to ask about, but has gold views of the city
