  I booked the Hotel for my brother and his 2 kids who had US Consulate Appt for visas. I spoke on phone directly with their Reservation office (Criszay Del Nogal
  Ejecutivo Comercial) . AKA Cris. She told me that the stay included ride from and back the airport and also ride to the biometric office . Once my brother & kids were at hotel the were told no free rides were available. I had to call Cris who fixed it. At check out time my brother was been charged COP15K bc of the tide and he was refused ride back to the airport. Also, Chris sold us on free breakfast & dinner but it was not true. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

  Les confirmé con una semana y media de anticipación que llegaba el 15 de mayo de 2017 al aeropuerto el dorado a las 00:30 am para que me recogieran allí. Mi vuelo tuvo un retraso de 6 horas, me intenté comunicar para informarles del retraso y en ninguna de las líneas contestaban y tampoco recibí una llamada preguntando que pasó, por que no llegué a la hora mencionada, Esto indica que NO me estaban esperando en el aeropuerto y que tampoco tenían presente mi reserva.

  Está ubicado en buen sector de la ciudad y ubicado de forma que puedes salir fácil a cualquier lugar de la ciudad.

  El hotel esta justo enseguida de la Embajada Americana, así que resulta propicio si se está tramitando la visa. Las habitaciones son cómodas y tienen mobiliario nuevo, el gran inconveniente que veo es el exceso de ruido que se puede sentir en las habitaciones ya que no tienen un buen aislamiento contra este. También ofrecen desayuno y traslados a buen precio.
  Cerca de allí se encuentra el centro comercial Gran Estación que tiene gran variedad de almacenes y buena oferta de restaurantes.

  Ofrecen servicios que no cumplen
  No tienen seriedad nisiquiera al responder por un error de ellos!!!
  Ni solucionan a los clientes! Por sus mismos errores!
