Extraordinario restaurante. Los precios son un poco altos pero la calidad y exquisitez de los platos lo valen. Su carta es una mezcla de sofisticación y productos de la región.

Must visit in Mesitas, Colombia
Arrived at this magical place at around 9:30 in the evening, asked the server (adriana) about some history of the place and she proceeded to enchant me with her in depth knowledge of the food, how it's made and why they use some specific ingredients. I asked her to surprise me with their special and about 10 minutes later i was delighted with the most delectable sandwich i've tasted in colombia.
It was a sobrebarriga sanwich which was composed of a homemade bun with a hint of garlic butter oil. A slice of tomato and sobrebarriga. Sobrebarriga was perfectly cooked juicy and delectable, a true pleasure to the tastebuds. The sandwich was crafted in such a way that everything exalted the taste of the sobrebarriga instead of masking or overwriting it. The potato chips were delicious, salty and crispy with a maple brown color.
Proportions are appopriate for the cost, but could be better. The amount of food can leave most people wanting for more.
Overall an excellent place to visit while visiting mesitas.response / report this review
