Good place to chill out with friends or family, the party is good there are a main dancing room and two small more, the mix is perfect to dance in couple or in group and the service is friendly.
However, the food is really expensive and the amount of it is not enough or equivalent to the price so you have to order a lot of dishes and spent a lot of money to get full.
Andrés Carnes de Res is the most amazing place in Colombia. I had the chance to visit the Chía location for the first time on my trip on March 2018. I had the time of my life! From the welcoming, the food, the decor details, the music, to the dance floor EVERYTHING made my experience so fascinating. I want to go back already!!!!
The staff is spectacular, they are performers in every aspect, they give you their best attitude and there is no doubt that as soon as you get a table you'll have the most wonderful time EVER.
I brought with me all the cool postcards, customized napkins, souvenirs, etc. They know how to get the customer experience to the next level and stay in your heart.
They have live music, plus they play all the songs that will make you stand up and shake that body.
They give you a personalized welcome party at your table where you get the honors for being there and they put a sash on you with the Colombian flag colors. You are the king/queen basically. What else can you ask for?
You have to be there to feel it. Sometimes writing don't do the work.
One of the great treasures of Bogotá. Outstanding food with traditional Colombian flavors and fantastic service. What makes this place so unforgettable though is the atmosphere. You will leave here full, happy and in a festive mood
Ok it was the day before elections and there was an alcohol ban but they had some nice alcohol free options, the food was pretty good and a lot, so come hungry. The music was pretty awesome. However, the service left a lot to be desired The place was almost empty and it took a very long time to place our order, waiters just passed by, paying took almost 30 minutes and they seemed to have only 1 credit card terminal. We were asked 3 times if we were going to include the service, I would suggest rather strive to give a good service instead of just expect a tip. Maybe all this is irrelevant when the place is full and the party is at its best but I would definitely really think whether to come back or not. And we were definitely disappointed that none of us got a cool satchel when everyone else seemed to do.
Great party lots of fun. It's huge and decoration is amazing. Great food at 3am outside after the party is over. Be careful with your drink, they will take it away without asking if you're done. I had just poured a new one, looked away 2 seconds a waiter came and took it and then they refused to give me a new one. Other than that OK.
Looking for food, drinks and great music? So this is your place! The visual, the food, the options for drinking are amazing and you just can’t help but start to dance! All of the waitresses are nice people, really good looking! Also the place is crowded with foreigners and is a great place to meet new people and make friends!
The best grill chicken Brest ever.
Staff is so nice and helpful.
You can't ask for better server.
2 thumbs up for the chef.
Enormous steak house / bar in Chia outside of Bogotá700 employees on any given night. Epic menu, outstanding steak, and a funky atmosphere with lots of live / interactive entertainment. Complete with pool tables, playground, and more. But no kids after 5 pm (at least on the weekends)of note is that during the hours kids are allowed, kids under 18 are given a wristbandand the parents a matching one! Tremendously fun experience.
Great place for any occasion. Good service and very good food. A must visit if you come to Bogota. Colombia
10 our of 10. great food and dancing we had a fantastic time. Nothing like I've see before.
This restaurant is hugggggeeeee. I thought just finding the exit, I went through a lot of rooms and rooms.
If you're in Bogota, I would recommend you trying this place out for lunch or dinner! It's a bit pricey for steak you get, but I wouldn't recommend the food more so than the atmosphere. Their menu is like a book. Full of a lot of options. ALOT. I can't emphasize enough how many options they have. All their rooms are adorned with a lot of decor. It seems like there's a lot going on like things you'll find in your garage but out of the chaos of all the items, they are actually strategically placed where they are.
It's loud in here so be prepared to shout. They have entertainers that come to each table and perform a short song with the band that accompanies the entertainers. Really cool. It's definitely very lively in here.
Expensive but worth it. Unique dinning experience. Great atmosphere along with dancing. Can't be described adequately
If you want a dining experience unlike any other, go to Andre Carne de Res. It's way far- almost an hour outside of Bogota. Despite the distance, it is always packed. The inside looks like a giant junk shop. There is dancing and a whole lot more.
The food was very good but very pricey. Still, it's worth the visit.
I recommend going for the experience, especially if you are not from Colombia. It is extremely family friendly with many things for young children to do. The food is general very good, yes other reviews have said you can find better but no where else have I seen such an extensive menu of Colombia foods in one place that are all at least good. I went with a large group and we ordered many different dishes sharing and tasting the many different Colombian foods and soups. Parents, grandparents and children all had a great time, except the one adult who wanted to leave before everyone had finished having fun. For those who want to eat and run, eat really, really slow. Plan to spend at least 3 to 4 hours for the fun of it. Yes, getting there is not a much fun but there is plenty of parking. Not sure how they could run out of space as they are huge yet I have been told it's wise to make reservations.
Love this place. Yes, it's a bit touristy but food is great and it's always a great party. Lomo in any way, shape or form, patacon completo and arepa de huevo. My go to.
While the Service was great for 1 of 3 of our tables the food made up for the crappy service at all of the tables. Everything we ordered was delicious. In total the chicken dishes were far superior to everything else. The family style chicken platter was the winner of the night!!!
The Filet Mignon was a close second and the chicken wings were 3rd. I got the peppercorn steak which was over cooked and over seasoned, it was still really good. I'd suggest getting it on the rare side if you really want a medium. The atmosphere got turnt up while we were still eating and dancing was imminent after the meal. Viva la Colombia!
Great atmosphere, good food, ok service, festive, very busy on weekends.
A great place with great food and great decor BUT on my trip, although the place was not too busy the wait staff took a very long time to bring the order. I was almost as though it was forgotten. It was only after an hour when we threatened to leave that the plates magically appeared.
When it did come it was delicious mind.
While driving out to Andrés from Bogota, I questioned whether or not it was going to worth all the trouble. It was. By a lot. My meal there was one of the best, most surreal, fun dining experiences I've ever had. It's more than just dinner, it's a whole other world. Be prepared: it's rowdy.
