Agradable sitio muy buena atención
Best coffee in Salento so far. Unlike Jesús Martín, they actually serve coffee in the methods which they advertise and the service was astounding. Daniel, explained where their two origin coffees are produced and the characteristics of each style. My Mocha Italina style coffee was made directly in front of me, and Daniel explained the process the entire time. Its a bar with a couple tables, so it’s not a typical cafe. If you enjoy good coffee prepared any number of ways (French press, v60, chemex, aeropress, Japanese siphon, Mocha Italino), I’d recommend stopping by Matto. I’ve been in Colombia for 2 months and this was the best service experience I have enjoyed.
They have some pastries, cake, hot chocolate, and espresso options as well.
Great spot
Hardly space to sit, but the coffee was some of the best I had in Colombia
There isn't much of an atmosphere, but this Italian style espresso bar has the best, traditional coffee I had in Salento. They use excellent coffee and pull a heavier, more caramelized shot than most others in Colombia, who usually prefer a softer (suave) coffee. I'd highly recommend stopping by and getting an espresso or cappuccino.
Es un excelente lugar para relajarse y tomar un muy buen café especial
Delicioso café un lugar exente para compartir y beber algo rico
