I was really disappointed, especially since this place has great reviews. Probably my worst cup of coffee in Colombia. My cappuccino was all foam and milk, with a small dash of coffee. My wife complained, and got a new one that was only slightly.better. Maybe the weakest coffee in colombia. Part of it was that the barista didn't know how to make it properly.

Amazing coffee, all roasted by the same team that runs the coffee shop. Many varieties, any method you want - although a little expensive! The espresso here is spectacular. A must for coffee lovers visiting the region!

Good Coffee, but nothing great.
Salento is a very popular destination among European tourist. This place has good coffee but it should offer traditional snacks and sweets.

Good atmosphere, but poor service. Every method of coffee making they advertised (aero, chemex, v60, Japanese siphon, French press) was out of service, besides espresso. I came specifically to try the other methods of coffee making, as espresso is over roasted, less flavorful, and pretty much the only way coffee can be found in Latin America (besides instant), so I was a little disappointed. Then waiting at the counter to order, two people walked up and had their orders taken first. I probably was just there on a bad day. The location and the atmosphere are great, and I still recommend checking it out. There are better places in town if you prefer actual coffee over espresso.

Amazing ambiance
Had the Maria Aleja cold coffe (Espresso+milk+crushed ice+chocolate sauce)
And of course the chocolate cake
