  Modern and very nice installation. Very good location and security. The bad thing is the situation itself: once it is located in the middle of an old beach, the tides and natural flow of the water is interrupted, with the consequence of dirty waters staying inside for days, bad circulation of sands that cover the entrances and for sure ecological bigger issues.
  
  If it was on a corner of the bay and not being an artificial cape that changes the shape of the coastline It would be the perfect shelter for boats, sailors, activities and business. 8 / 10
