Nice place! full of people on sundays, if you're lucky you will find a local band playing traditional colombian music.

People gather at the main plaza to hang out talk and drink. Alcoholic drinks are allowed in the open, you can get drunk in public and not get in trouble So long that you don't start a fight, etc
