Staff are courteous. Food is great, especially the breakfast. 2nd visit. Ideal location with close proximity to my office and the airport.

Missed our connecting flight, thanks to Avianca. Which was nice enough to put us at the Holiday inn along with 100 other passengers. We waited at least 1.5 hrs (starting at 1130 pm) to get a room. That was our least favorite part of our short stay. The hotel and its rooms are really nice. The food is just ok.

Rooms were quite large and staff was very welcoming. Only concern is it is quite far from the airport when you account for traffic.

The hotel was conveniently located very close to the airport. The rooms were very nice, and clean. Management made accommodations to feed our group very early, and the customer service was great. It was an excellent experience.

The service was wonderful and the octopus carpaccio was delicious. The steak was tender enough to cut with a fork but had a very heavy hand of clove. The ice cream was good also.

Close to the airport. Good service, clean rooms and friendly staff. I think is reasonably priced compared with neighboring Marriott. It offers free shuttle to the airport
