  DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINE! Had a terrible and traumatizing airport experience.The staff locked 20+ people out of a flight in the middle of the night due to their own error and refused to provide any alternatives. Told us we'd have to pay double the flight itself to get back three days later. Will never use this airline again

  1st time flying avianca because friends say it's a great airline. Well plane is delayed with no time on when we can board, customer service is horrible. Plane is dirty. Food is horrible. If you can, fly any other airlines!
