Plus 1 on the lunch menu. Great food and atmosphere. The owner is also very friendly. Melon/papaya juice, fresh fish that he bought that morning in the market, nice veggies, soup, and some dessert. One of our best meals in Cartagena
Lunch menu for only 14,000 pesos, including a fresh juice and soup. Dish consisted of a grilled fish which was not very tasty, good coconut rice and a bit of salad. You can get a meal like this at any Colombian lunch restaurant, so we dont understand why this place is rated 4,7 stars on Google maps. Maybe it's a good place for dinner
A very good restaurant in Cartagena. Amazing food, very friendly and nice staff and a nice atmosphere. Highly recommended!
Great experience. The owner suggested a custom dish for us with fish, salad and coconut rice. Amazing taste and ambience.
Cute little place on a quiet street. I had a light meal with fresh lemonade, a welcome change from the heavy food they love in Colombia. Great service.
A great culinary experience in Getsemaní Cartagena! Ancestral recipes cooked on a coal grill and oven, great wine and beer selection. Simple recipes cooked with passion to a great taste. Laureano will welcome you to the house and guide you through the whole experience. I really loved this place, give it a try, you won't regret it. Three course dinner with wine for two was around usd $35. Enjoy!
This is a nice restaurant in Getsemani. It has beautiful decoration and decent prices. The chef/owner is a very nice person as well. It will take time for sure to get some plate served, so go with time.
I enjoyed the set lunch menu here on my first day in Cartagena. The fresh fish & fruit made me really feel like I'd arrived in the Caribbean. The waiter (manager? owner?) was very passionate and proud of his restaurant and the food was very tasty. Great value too!
We found this great restaurant while walking through the streets of Getsemani and decided to try their advertised Menú del Día for 14,000 COP (less than $5 USD per person!) It included watermelon juice, fish soup, grilled fish with coconut rice, patacón (a fried plantain patty) and salad with tomato and avocado, plus a smooth mango cream dessert. Everything was delicious and the service was wonderful.
Group of four and we loved it! The food took awhile to prepare, but it's fresh. The ceviche was fantastic, and we also ordered all three fish entrees and the pork ribs. The setting is above average with an open air interior courtyard. Service was professional and accommodating of English speakers.
