Extremely great service and I mean great. The staff is super friendly and they also speak English so it's every easy to communicate. You can also charge taxis to the rooms which is so convenient. The rooms are also very nice.overall a great hotel I would highly recommend.

This is one of the Top Marriott's JW costumer service I have seen. They will go the extra mile to help you. As a Marriott Elite a got an upgrade to a Junior Suit. The wife and I love it. Excellent service at the Lounge on the 9th floor Mr. Wilson did an excellent job to make you feel at home away from home. The breakfast at the 1st floor is Outstanding and the service superb.

So far the best hotel in Colombia; Rooms are fabulous and the service is always outstanding. There's an interesting offer of gastronomy at the hotel, including 4 restaurants at the first floor. "Tamarine Asian Cuisine" and "The market" restaurants are currently ranked as some of the best dining places in the city.

Great place to stay while in Bogota. Staff are very professional and go extra miles when they can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. A special thanks to Stephanie and John at the reception desk. Areas for improvement: would be great if the Hotel had a shuttle bus from and to the airport.

Very good rooms, lobby and restaurant.
It's in a good location, near of Samara mall and 5 mins of Santa Fé Mall, with good restaurants.
The crew is supportive and very cool!!

I love this hotel. The service was top notch specially on the executive floor lounge. Very nice pool and spa area. Lots of TV channels in English. The bathroom has this huge bathtub and a shower separated. The location is near lots of restaurants and a short ride from zona Rosa.

It is possibly the most over-rated hotel where I have attended or produced an event. Service during the event was unattentive to attendees and banquets personell were unprofesional. Suprising that Marriott would allow their bran to be this poorly represented.

Amazing! Very courteous staff, delicious breakfast and comfortable room. The bathroom is my favorite, spacious separate shower and bath tub. I suggest this hotel! Oh you also should try the pizza at the restaurant!

It's also walking distance to a grocery store and mall!
