Wonderful! An excellent hotel with some of the best service I’ve seen. Room service is very quick and reasonably priced. Location is great for walking and accessible to all good places in Bogota.

This is the main restaurant at the hotel, where you can find an exquisite colloquial experience that merges both, the old along with the contemporary, within an excellent service.

The staff is friendly and dedicated to provide the clients a wonderful stay. The breakfast buffet includes original Colombian foods along with fresh seasonal fruits and juices.

Located in a very quiet part of North Bogotá, Lancaster House is a very nice place to stay. It's located nearby several shopping malls and restaurants, the suites are very nice. The menu could use a few additional options like sandwiches. Service is very good, everyone is quite kind and willing to help make your stay a great one.

Suites have a small kitchen and a living room with tables, good enough for working from the hotel, and the living room's sofa turns into a second bed. Bathroom with tub, hot water, closet for clothing. There is a restaurant and a billiard good enough to burn some time or wait until rain stops if it happens to be a rainy day.

I would definitely stay here again.

I have never lived in a terrible hotel such like this, very terrible experience lived there, it is unbelievable there was even a part after 1:30am on the floor, too much noisy, wholy can not sleep there, totally unacceptable even i called the reception several times, too terrible experience there!
