  Es una aerolínea que si pierdes tu vuelo, no te envía en otro vuelo ni te da la posibilidad de pagar una multa para comprar otro tiquete; Te da pérdida total. No la recomiendo.

  My luggage was scraped and left completely in disarray, so that some things were broken and even new things were uncovered. It is arbitrary to open the suitcases that way, violating my padlock and giving my luggage in a terrible state and with the padlock set as if nothing had happened, so I did not notice it at first sight until I opened it at home. Although Mexican Customs is very abusive and distrustful, never happened something like this in any of my previous visits to this country with other airlines.
