  DESPUES DE PRECIOSAS VACACIONES EN CARTAGENA Y ALREDEDORES, Y DE ESTAR EN HOTELES 5 ESTRELLAD, TENIAMOS VUELO BOGOTA-SANTIAGO EN CLASE EJECUTIVA A LAS 10.
  EL VUELO CARTAGENA BOGOTA LO DEMORARON LO SUFICIENTE PARA QUE NO PUDIERAMOS TOMAR EL VUELO A SANTIAGO. EXPLICACIONES.NINGUNA. LO MAS PROBABLE ES QUE HAYA HABIDO SOBREVENTA DE PASAJES. DESPUES COMO GRAN COSA NOS OFRECEN VUELO 24 HORAS DESPUES, CON GASTOS PAGADOS EN HOTEL.
  NUESTRA SORPRESA AL LLEGAR AL HOTEL, UN MUY MAL HOTEL POR NO DECIR PORQUERIA DE HOTEL EXPRESS, PIEZAS INCOMODAS, CHICAS, MAL ASEADAS Y EL ALMUERZO Y COMIDA MUY MALO.ARROZ TIPO ENGRUDO Y CARNE DURA INCOMIBLE EN UN LUGAR TIPO CASINO DE COLEGIO.
  ADEMAS POR SER LATAM ERAMOS COMO CIUDADANOS DE SEGUNDA CATEGORIA. NO TENIAMOS DERECHO CASI A NADA.
  ESTO ES LO QUE OFRECE LATAM, EMPRESA ABUSADORA QUE DEMUESTRA QUE LOS CLIENTES LE IMPORTAMOS BIEN POCO.
  LO QUE NOS OCURRIO FUE TERRIBLE Y PEOR AUN LA SOLUCION.
  LATAM DEBIO OFRECER SOLUCION EQUIVALENTE A LA PERDIDA DE UN DIA DE TRABAJO, MAS ELDAÑO POR INCUMPLIMIENTO. ESTO PARA NOSOTROS SON A LO MENOS 1000 DOLARES. NO GASTO NI EL 10%..

  They didn't give me the receipt of the payment of excess baggage and later they didn't send me by email colombian airports are the worst, every location different 💩💩💩💩 happens. I hat them all

  Typical tourist scam , they played us at the bogota airport offering 360k for 2 tickets to medeillin ( regular price ) wich turned out to be 815 after payment ( 360each + tax ) and guess what , without luggage ! They said the plane was leaving 20min after but it was just the check in time , we ended up waiting 3hours and rumbled to have our bags in cabin , for exemple avianca was 300k for 2 with luggage and leaving 1hr after .. guess what they said to us when we wanted an explanation ? That the ticket was "flex" ! Who wants a freaking flex ticket when leaving in the hour !!!! tourist scam !
