Great price for weekends.
Clean, organized, just on point
Excelent location.
Restaurant waiters and waitresses are blunt. They seem to dislike customers. They are not polite nor are they kind, warm. This attitude seems to go hand in hand with the climate in Bogotá: COLD.
The service was great and the facilities were also good. The location was perfect for what I was looking for.
Great hotel, and convenient located for museums and planetarium. Great restaurants around. Just missing iron and coffee on the rooms. Great views from high floors.
enjoyed very much the stay in the hotel. The rooms are very convenient for a business travel and have a space to work, bathroom and closet are accesible and comfortable, the zone is very safe, there is a park close by, the National Museum, the planetarium and very good restaurants and shops. You can walk to the center (30 min) or to the north (40 min) or take the transmilenio which is just crossing the street. The hotel has breakfast service, which I enjoyed for its variety and convenience.
The people in the front desk, the girls in particular work like robots, cero customer support experience, no way they smile or anything. They also charge me taxes when I told them I were tourist. When I check out one the front desk assistant of the morning managed to resolved the issue. The hotel is fine, clean and Quit. But I wonder how expensive is to have a coffee machine in order to do coffee or tea at the room, like any other hotel. thanks
Great location to visit or work in and around downtown Bogotá, within walking distance to chill bars and restaurants in La Macarena area. Right in front of an interesting museum. Rooms are clean and confortables. Bar/restaurant is open 24h but food is not the best. There is a loud disco on the South side so ask for a room on a higher floor or on a different side of the building. Still, I would recommend it.
Decent hotel, clean but small rooms, nice staff. Best part was that I had a really nice view towards Monserrate from the room. Good location, fairly safe and close to lots of restaurants and sights.
Great location, clean comfortable rooms. The guy at reception when I checked in couldn't have been more helpful! Helped me make phone calls and find a doctor. Loved the location and restaurants and bars nearby - also loved its so close to transportation.
I did send an email just now - I think I left a pair of (my favorite!!) pants behind in the room. I would love if I can get them back, please email back when possible!
I liked your location, the personnel was very nice and willing to help, and had well presentation as well. Food was great. The room was a little small but actually I like things that are not more than is needed, and in this case it was absolutely enough.
The hotel is good, the room is nice also has easy although Bogota normally is a cold weather city, sometimes is good to have one.
My only trouble was that I booked it online the room with breakfast for two then at the desk told me they changed it and I need to pay my partners one. So update the policy's to don't wait for any issue.
The hotel is starting to look rundown, wood is chipped, bathroom shows a lot of cracks it looks old. I returned after 2 years and it doesn't look or feel good
We have stayed numerous times at this hotel. Definitely we really appreciate its location, efficiency, and quality-price value. The only negative issue was the horrible over-heated coffee they serve at breakfast. It's a pity to receive such bad quality in a country that has one of the best coffee in the world.
The prices are really moderate considering the hotel's location.
The breakfast buffet is so varied.
So many options ro choose from. Unlimited. And typically included.
Great experience. Hotel staff are friendly and try very hard to make the stay enjoyable. The staff English speaking skills are far better than most place I have stayed and visited in Colombia.
Tiny rooms with great location and fantastic breakfast. The price is fine.
