Has good A/C and a great pool. Service was also good. But it's old and showing it in the room. Remember keys for your room. This place uses keys. If Best Western had a resort in Colombia, this is what I imagine it would be. But not bad for the price.

The service in this hotel is excellent. The hotel makes you feel like home. We only had an issue with the shower. Really nice Hotel.

It's a well preserved-old hotel. The food is delicious and the pool is clean and big enough to have a lot of people inside of it.

It had its days in the 1960s booming cocaine trade. It needs an update. Got from work after a hard and sweltering day and was put in a room whose Central air conditioning had not been turned on because most of the wing was unoccupied and temperature deemed pleasant. Service is good and people are lovely but they cannot be used as a trade off for decaying infrastructure.
