  Nice Central location when visiting Candelera in Bogota. Very good service. Older hotel and some people may find too may steps on main floor.

  Very picturesque but the aim of preserving the old style/facade makes it dysfunctional. Rooms are VERY noisy and not as comfortable as they should be.

  Stayed for 2 nights, 2 rooms with my family. Best place in town! The employees were professional, pleasant & very accommodating. The facilities are second-to-none; awesome pool/spa area, great food, beautiful courtyards, roomy and comfortable. The laundry staff did a fantastic job with our clothes, and room service was excellent. It is in the heart of the city, only a couple of blocks from 'la septima'. I definitely recommend this hotel and will gladly visit again.

  The hotel is great, and the food is great, though we were put into a small room which had obviously had smokers in previously.
