I had a smaller and very inexpensive room that was immaculately clean. The breakfast buffet was very good. Would definitely stay here again.
Great hotel and people. Ms Olga was making the room and she is wonderful person and hard worker. Nice and safe area. 100% recommended
Overall, this is a good hotel but it entirely depends on the room. I stayed here two separate nights in two different room types. The first night I stayed in an Executive King room. It’s actually a very large suite with an open bedroom, living room, and dining room and the kitchen to the side. This was an amazing room. Extremely comfortable with full kitchen amenities including pots and pans, iron and ironing board. Fantastic. It was well decorated and a lot of thought was put into it. This is the room you will want to book if you have an extended stay or you value comfort above all else.
The second room I stayed in was a Standard Double and this room is located in the property across the street from the main building when you check in. This was a complete 180. The bed was hard, there was no decor, and it had a very barren feel. I’m glad I was only here one night, if I was here more than one I would have requested a move or to go to a new room. This is probably more suited for people who just want a bed and nothing more.
Not to mention in this evening an employee just walked into the room and his reason was he wanted to drop something off in the minibar in the room. What?! I had not requested anything and it was about 8:00pm so I was a little discomforted by that.
That aside, the hotel is located in an area filled with lots of restaurants and mini marts close by which is convenient. It’s also near a few colleges which makes it feel a little safer.
Very friendly and helpful staff. English is spoken and understood. They go out of their way to make your stay perfect
Booked executive double room for two people two months in advance, but received a single room with single bed. Water pressure so low almost impossible to take a shower, sometimes no hot water. Good breakfast and location, clean room.
Good hotel! Good location! Needs some improvements but for this price a good choice!
Clean, simple, well maintained hotel located close to the Zona G area. Beds were very comfortable. Safe area located between the old Candelaria neighborhood and the more upscale north of the city (parque de la 93 and Zona T). The staff were aways extremely friendly and helpful. Will be back.
Great economical hotelvery accommodating and great service. Daily breakfast is included with good hot food, fruits, fresh juices and. I've got coffee
We were on vacation and did not speak any Spanish. Staff was excellent at making us feel at home. Very clean rooms, quiet, excellent breakfast buffet, plenty of hot water and convenient location. Is a 25 min ride from the airport and should not cost more than $10 in cab fare (Highly recommend using Uber, as cab drivers scammed us before we learned our lesson). Excellent value for the money.
Nice place. As expected for the prize. Breakfast was OK, not much variety. Good location.
The stay was good. Nice personnel, cosy rooms, food for a nice price. Only the warm water doesn't last long and one cleaning lady sneezed in clean towels when I stood next to here in the elevator.
Centrally located, and they have simply a wonderful staff that go out of their way to make your stay as conformable as possible. The diggs are somewhat sparten, but more than adequate. It's a great place to be in Bogota.
Friendly staff but the bed felt worse then sleeping on the floor. Will not be coming back to this hotel.
Great location, and very clean. Attentive staff.
