Strongly recommended, very cozy place, good for shopping, nice fitness center, sauna, pull and jakuzi. The personal is friendly and helpful.

The location was great (not downtown). The beds were very firm and the staff was delightful. Their recommendations for tours and restaurants were perfect. The pool was large but average and the food was decent. I loved that there was a grocery store just around the corner. Very worth the price. Clean and comfortable hotel with exceptional staff.

NH Royal Cali. We have been here for 2 nights and trust me it is not worth the money you pay. First of all the bathroom toilet doesn't work right. When you flush the toilet the water goes down very slow. It is bad when you have to go down to the lobby to use the bathroom. It's the same with the tub and bathroom sink. The water goes very slow.
The room has a small refrigerator that is very old. I think it is one of the original refrigerators from when the hotel was built.
The bed is very hard and sets very low to the floor. As for the towels, I don't think they know what fabric softener is. It like using sand paper to dry off.
About the only good thing about this hotel is there is a large mall close by and the hotel staff is very friendly.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel and I won't stay here again. At best 2 stars.response / report this review -

This was my first hotel in Cali, Colombia. Extremely nice staff! They all spoke English very well. Helped arrange transportation. Breakfast buffet and pool were nice. Room was extremely clean! Hour and a half massage was only $40 USD. Felt very safe here!
Follow up: Still my favorite hotel to stay at when I come to visit Cali! My sink faucets had an issue with them when I got here late Saturday night. The manager quickly offered to move me to a new room, which I declined, but they assured they'd send someone out Monday morning to fix it. I enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, even though it is a 5 star hotel. Clean, consistent, friendly staff, and the food is amazing!response / report this review -

The hotel staff were very friendly, the hotel was appealing and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The rooms and bathroom were fabulous. The views were amazing. The shopping mall nearby is grand.
