  The staff here are nice, obviously it's basic but for the price what do you expect? Unfortunately, the electric shower has too much water pressure and it is the type of shower that needs really low pressure to have a hot shower. It's very central, they serve cheap food and it was fine for 2 nights. The town is good for shopping, a welcome break from the prices in Ecuador.

  Hotel Colonia es u lugar bien ubicado, hicimos reservación en Las Vegas pero no nos gusto, y eso que es mas costoso que el Colonia. Queda muy cerca a Alkosto, Notaria y a mas o menos 10 minutos para tomar el taxi que los lleva a Rumichaca. 1900 pesos por persona. Un lugar muy aseado, organizado, con wifi y nos hicieron descuento $30.000 la noche en habitación con baño y cama doble, tv, en el primer piso hay restaurante. Hacen aseo cada día.

  I spent just one night there on my way to Cali. Very comfortable, and its just 5 minutes taxi or 15 minutes walking to bus station.

  Estuve en Ipiales de pasada. Me gustó la ubicación, cerca a la plaza principal. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias. Tienen buenas TV y WiFi. Las personas que atienden son muy amables. Buen servicio y económico
