Comfy, warm, and good staff.
The toilets are uncomfortably-placed, so that it's difficult to get comfortable if you're sitting on them.response / report this review -

Probably one of the cheapest places you can find in ipiales. Fairly clean and not too noisy. For the price I think it was a good deal. Secure parking included.

Lo recomiendo, tiene parqueadero, limpio, comodo, la verdad llegue por casualidad pero quede super contento, frente al hotel esta el terminal y alli pude retirar de cajero automatico y cambiar efectivo, en el hotel solo hay comida despues de las 8pm, pero en el terminal se consigue comida todo el tiempo👍

PÉSIMO SERVICIO. Nunca llegaron las toallas, no había papel, ni jabón en la habitación. Los empleados nunca fueron serviciales ni prestos a mejorar la experiencia o a entregar información tan básica como la clave del WIFI. Se salva el restaurante, que por cierto no esta administrado por personal del hotel . La ubicación es buena al encontrarse al lado del terminal.
