El hotel es muy lindo, natural, con vistas preciosas y el servicio excelente. Nos sentimos como en la casa de los abuelos, con ese calor humano, sonidos y olores que nos recuerdan la niñez. Recomendado 100%

Excelente atención por parte de los encargados.
Fuimos en pareja a celebrar cumpleaños de mi esposo y solicité una cena romántica que superó nuestras expectativas, la decoración estuvo muy linda y nos asignaron un mesero personal, adicionalmente nos dieron la privacidad necesaria.
Al día siguiente nos esperaba un desayuno casero, delicioso y saludable.
No tenemos ninguna queja del lugar y lo recomendamos totalmente.response / report this review -

Más que un hotel boutique es un hostal ubicado cerca a la plaza principal del pueblo. Tiene una capacidad para no más de 20 personas, con habitaciones modestas pero limpias, con baño privado. Cuenta con un desayuno buffete suficiente para iniciar la jornada. Valor promedio por persona es de $50.000 (US$18) por día. Recomendado para parejas.

Buyer beware!!! Owners are hostile against guests who complain. We're an older retired couple, grateful to travel when health permits. We had reserved 3 nights here, based on the great reviews. On the first night, we realized we had no hot water and couldn't use the shower. We did our best to wash with the icy water from the sink. The next morning, we naturally complained. Staff were apologetic. When we returned to the hotel that evening, expecting the problem resolved, we were instead greeted by 3 police officers. Shocked, we quickly learned that when staff conveyed our complaint to the owners, the owners ordered them to kick us out. The police were there to make sure we'd pay for the previous night before going. Despite the late hour, no help was offered to find us other accommodations. Luckily, we had already made great connections in Columbia, and they found us a beautiful place, 5 minutes away, with hot water and a far better breakfast. What's more, it was less than half the price!
