Big building, plenty of rooms, a huge breakfast selection.

But lacks of: location is just awful in case you want to explore poblado's area.

Too far away as well from malls and the only certainly close by is a Carulla Supermarket.

Old staff, a few young employees in the Recepcion & Bellboy area.

And finally the only good i can find of this hotel is being close by To Hato Viejo which is a Good restaurant for eating in family or couple and solo as well.

The hotel for me HELL NOT GOOD AT ALL

Had a very negative experience with this hotel. When first checking in the front desk person Juan Higuita made it difficult to understand using ihg points to check in. In addition the room felt very dated so I ended up not staying and moved into an airbnb. The hotel charged my credit card even though I did not stay and I am currently disputing the charge. For the price there are much better options.

Hotel is one of the best in Medellin, but it is not at the same level to hotels from the intercontinental brand. Rooms are quite large, but they are quite dated, lacking some needed renovation to them. Breakfast is good, but not at the same level of similar hotels in Bogota. Restaurants and room service are ok, but lack variety.

The lobby is very chick, friendly staff, a little outdated needs a renovation asap. My hubby was not to happy with the room everything looked like is falling apart.

Amazing place to spend your vacations in. It has a good variety of food ranging from the buffet to more "elegant" restaurants. The service and the staff are good.

Big luxury hotel with that 70s atmosphere. The rooms have been renovated and they are brand new (2016). The hotel offers amenities that are not common these days, like a huge swimming pool that feels like a club and tennis courts. There is no better hotel in Medellín and the price is reasonable for a 5 star hotel. Buffet breakfast is great.
