Hotel Park 10 is very nice to stay. Location wise, it locates in very private and safe neighborhood, walking distance to the pub street. The staffs speak very good English and very helpful. Cover room is spacious and very clean. Breakfast is good but could be boring for having it for three days, not enough choose.

I have stayed here several times and I love this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and nicely appointed, the food (even room service) is always good. Great location, very quiet but only a short walk to the popular parts around parque lleras. Highly recommended!

It is a very neat and calmed hotel

If i were the owner of this hotel, I'd give everyone a wage increase. All staff was very professional, friendly and greeted me with a smile. My Spanish is not 100% but no matter there was always staff around that spoke English. Food was great, and my girlfriend was happy the whole stay. The only thing I'd complain about is the small jaquizzi in room 704 where I stayed and the mattress was a bit firm for my comfort. But all in all the hotel deserves respect. I'd stay here again.

Pros - Hotel Park 10 is in a delightful location in Medellin on a windy, tree lined street. The hotel itself is undergoing renovations, and it is modern and very nice inside with a lovely restaurant and courtyard. It also has a fantastic pilates studio and a salon. Our room was very nice, quiet and clean. The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, and room service was very quick and delivered with a smile by Christian.
Cons - the turkish bath and sauna were what made up the 'spa' which we felt were a little lacklustre. Its also a shame there is no pool at the hotel, but everything else was up to scratch.response / report this review -

Excellent hotel in great area. Many great places to visit nearby. Rooms offer a great degree of comfort although slightly dated. Beds comfortable. The breakfast is offered with an excellent variety and selection. Staff are super nice.

Our stay here started off great. Then at 1130pm we received a call that we were place in the wrong room. The concierge told us that we could pay extra or change rooms. Out of principal we said we would not pay extra for their mistake. After all what difference was it to them at this point other than a major inconvenience to us to repack and move. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend to anyone as they clearly lack reason and sensibility. Still not sure this was just not a scam to increase the room rate with better unused rooms.

This place would deserve 5 stars based on their outstanding service alone, though they earned my rating here for getting everything right. We had a comfortable stay and found the location within walking distance to a trendy and unique area with more restaurants and shops than one can hope to explore.
