Staff are polite and is overall a decent place. I am giving it only three stars due to them not honoring my SPG status. I have Gold Preferred status and my check out is the same as a non SPG member. Most other hotels will include a complimentary "gift" such as premium internet and allow a check out at 4pm. Next time I will be staying at a Hilton hotel

Nice lobby. Rooms are your typical, average hotel rooms, but they are dated. Cleanliness could be much improved. We found the mirror wasn't cleaned properly when we got the room. The bathroom had mold and the shower curtain was dirty. Makes you question just how clean everything else is.

Rooms are confortable and very clean.

Excelent choice to stay in Cali, good food, nice pool in the roof and have a fitness center whit the essential to keep your workout. Not so pricey as you would think

This hotel has new and old parts. The restaurant breakfast buffet is excellent. The staff is excellent. The gym is awesome. Rooms are ample clean and overall good. The rates give a great value for this hotel. The location seems to be ok. The bar actually has good vibes some live music. A nice Jacuzzi too.

Door person didn't take all the bags out of the taxi and the driver took off with all of my electronics. I will not be staying here again
