Best hotel in Bucaramanga!, period. 👌👍 Awesome location nearby nice restaurants, pubs and cabecera which it's the place to be for literally everything you might want.

Good place for making business mettings and exelent restaurant such as zabor arte that has had a típica Spain flavor, the hotel has some rooms with things from tpipical santander department destinations.

The staff was nice and the food was fine, but we were two entire days without electricity. No AC, no TV, no power outlets, no wi-fi. The only thing that worked in our room were two light bulbs. We had to charge our phones in the hall outside our rooms at night. We didn't even have light in the bathroom! When we asked for a discount the staff denied that there had been any problems the night before and that the electricity had failed for just for one day. Worst hotel I have ever been in my entire life. I promise you are better off going to any other hostel in Bucaramanga that paying for a decaying allegedly 5 star hotel.

Es un excelente hotel.
Tiene una muy buena hubicacion en la ciudad
El restaurante la terraza es espectacular
Se pueden realizar muchas actividades alli
El servicio de alimentacion es muy bueno todos sus productos son muy frescos
