The hotel is located in a noisy area, lots of traffic and many "discotecas" playing music virtually every night until late.
On the other hand, the staff is very accommodating and kind.
The only reason I use the hotel is because I travel for business and can't select my lodging.response / report this review -

Si lo que buscas es un lugar bien ubicado en la ciudad de Bucaramanga, cómodo y elegante, que te permita descansar pero a la vez sentirte motivado a desarrollar tus actividades de negocios, empresariales y cumplir con tu agenda, definitivamente este es el hotel. Cuenta con espacios diseñados para desarrollar tus labores de oficina y confortables salones dotados de todas las herramientas que necesitas para tener una buena junta empresarial. Además el servicio de restaurante te sabrá sorprender y por supuesto la amabilidad, servicio y buena atención de todos los colaboradores y empleados.

Awesome very kind and caring personnel. Specially Mr. Nelson and miss Lady. Great seviche at the restaurant. They pay attention to your dietary needs upon request
