Lovely staff, always helping us with a smile. Some with really great English. The rooms are big and well cleaned. The bathrooms and showers as well. I really appreciated the breakfast. It is possible to order food and drinks to your room at any time as well.

Nice place. Friendly staff. Decent buffet though not spectacular. Location is excellent. Safe and close to fun stuff. Little turisty though. Room was well appointed and xclean. Cons :( plumbing needs work) toilets barely flush. Asked to have mine looked at and that's just the way they are. So space your potty usage. Room safe was broken and after three requests no joy. This may be a communication prompted as me Spanish is poor. Over all for the price you can't go b wrong. I am going to try a different hotel the next few days though just to compare.

Excelente atención. El hotel tiene una ubicación increíble con restaurantes, bares, farmácia y todo lo que se requiere cerca. El espacio para conferencias y reuniones es muy apropiado. Lo recomiendo plenamente

Es un buen hotel, tranquilo ubicado en un barrio residencial de Medellín. Las habitaciones son amplias y acogedoras, todo muy limpio y es servicio en promedio es bueno. El menú de desayuno también es bueno.

Es un hotel agradable, ubicado en un buen sector del barrio Laureles. Tuve la oportunidad de almorzar allí en un encuentro empresarial y quedé satisfecho con la comida sin embargo no tenían postre.

Big rooms and nice common areas. Internet didn't work well, Wi-Fi signal was strong but the connection was so slow that it stopped working altogether.
