Very nice hotel, the people are so friendly and helping you with everything. The breakfast is good and the rooms are comfotable.

Checked in today. It is as clean as I expected according to reviews. Very welcoming receptionists at the door. Seems safe to me. It’s closer than you will expect to everything around here👍👍

Staff simply incredible. Tasty breakfasts. Clean rooms and common areas. Very convenient and fair rates. Very close (walking distance) to main landmarks, restaurants, shops in the old city. I'll definitely return to this hotel when in Santa Marta and would not hesitate to recommend it. Loved it!

If you want to party hard, they tolerate this on the roof top and it's cool. For the rest of it Most windows views are horrible, the pool is durty, and you'll probably have the chance to have a power cut that will leave you without air conditionning in a 30°C room, and the noise of a generator to make light and ventilators work.

Very friendly and helpful (Spanish speaking) staff. Clean, and new (as of March 2017). Have laundry service. Allowed us to leave stuff when we went to Tayrona. Good value
