Apesar das instalações pouco antigas e mta escada, ótimo custo benefício com excelente localização dentro da muralha. Café da manhã basico, mas com capricho (td fresquinho) e funcionários adoráveis e atenciosos. Recomendo!

Good location and comfortable room. Solid wifi, good bathroom and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast on the rooftop! Not sure it's the best value though, a little on the expensive side even for Cartagena. Would stay again or at least in the same area. A/C in room was v good.

Very clean, Beautiful terrace and right in the middle of Historical Cartagena. I stayed here with a young child and it wasn't a problem. Breakfast included so I couldn't ask for more. BEWARE there is NO ELEVATOR!!! There is 4 floors so not your place if you have trouble with stairs

Beware - even when you cancel they may charge, and when you show confirmation of cancellation and they promise to return the funds or even 50% of it they dont. Still pissed year later because it feels like $500 was stolen.

Lugar muy agradable para descansar. Tiene terraza y una vista al centro histórico muy bonita. Sobre todo en la noche.

Lo mejor: la excelente ubicación, el desayuno y la terraza donde se sirve. Lo mejorable: la insonorización, ya que por la noche se escucha la música de un bar cercano hasta altas horas.

Got charged while having received confirmation of a cancellation from them!!! Didn't realize it until later because it was on my husbands card and he travels a lot. Cancelled the reservation 2 months prior to the date. And after multiple attempts they finally responded saying I should have cancelled also via a website?!?! None such instructions given when canceling and receiving confirmation. Have saved all the correspondence, bank couldn't help due to timing and oversees transactions are never easy They agree the reservation was cancelled, were going to check with bank to refund 50% but never heard back. It was New Years, so am positive they did sell the room and I feel completely ripped-off and consider this thievery. I warned them I was going to go public if they did not respond regarding refund, which they did not.

Regular. Para el precio que tiene no es recomendable. Catia, la cocinera es maravillosa al igual que Iván. El resto del personal Mientras aparcaba mi coche, mi tío metió las maletas en el hotel, nadie le ayudó lo más mínimo y no disponen de ascensor. Instalaciones no cuidadas, en la ducha la humedad ha creado moho azul y eso que estábamos en la habitación más costosa. Además tienen una discoteca debajo del edificio que no cumple los horarios ni el volumen. El edificio literalmente tiembla con la música, no pudimos dormir sino hasta las 6 de la mañana y eso que era miércoles, no me quiero ni imaginar cómo será durante el fin de semana. Pondría 2 estrellas pero por lo bien que nos trató Catia pongo 3.
